How REV started:
After 10 years in a traditional, busy, high-volume physical therapy practice treating two patients at a time Ryan knew something was missing. He'd seen firsthand that combining physical therapy with strength training gets people the best results — but he never had the time, space, or equipment to do it right.
So he built it himself: a space where training meets physical therapy.
REV is family-owned, founded by Ryan and his wife, Becky. (Even the name is personal — REV comes from their daughters, Reagan and Evan.)
About Ryan:
Ryan Domeyer, PT, DPT, CMPT, is a physical therapist and performance coach who helps adults move without pain and perform at their best. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, with advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, blood-flow-restriction training, and running gait analysis.
He has extensive experience working with athletes from youth to professional level, and a personal background in barbell weightlifting, CrossFit, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. He's also a certified running gait analyst, helping runners move stronger, more efficiently, and pain-free.
Outside the clinic, Ryan is a husband, dad, and lifelong athlete — you'll find him lifting, coaching, or staying active with his family.
